COMMENTS
The Hanse 312 has been modified on deck, in the interior, in the rigging and on the hull by its 2^ owner (expert in racing).
The hull now has an extension at the stern, lengthening the waterline with a bathing platform. A retractable bowsprit has been mounted in the bow.
On deck he added many controls for trimming the sails. The keel was modified to a T-keel in cooperation with a yacht designer.
On the interior, the frontm bulkhead has been opened to create an open space for the sails during racing.
The sails are made of high tech quality laminate.
